Registration
1. Complete the ‘booking form’ download from the website; www.calltoislam.com or
alternatively contact calltoislam bookshop; 01582 417107 and request the forms by post or
email.
2. Ensure your passport/s is valid for 6 months from date of travel.
3. You will need the meningitis vaccine. Contact your GP tell them you are travelling to Saudi
Arabia for the hajj pilgrimage and require the ‘ACWY’ vaccine and certificate.
4. Provide 3 Passport size photographs.
5. Send a non-refundable deposit of £1000 (per person) by ‘cheque’ or ‘postal order’ made
payable to ‘Call to Islam’. Final payment of total balance is due by Friday 30th August.
6. Send the all documents and payments by ‘registered post’ to the following secure address;
